For Agents
Agents can publish properties using two options: Open Listing (Free) or Pro Listing (Paid using credits).
Open Listing allows agents to publish a property for free on the platform. However, agent contact details are not visible, investor inquiries are handled by HotDeals, and the platform introduces potential buyers.
Open Listings are free. However, if the property is sold to a buyer introduced by HotDeals, the platform charges a success fee equal to 10% of the seller commission earned by the agent.
The success fee applies only if the buyer was introduced by HotDeals. If the agent brings their own buyer, no platform fee is charged.
Pro Listings allow agents to receive direct investor inquiries. Agent contact details are visible, investors can contact the agent directly, and listings appear before Open Listings.
No. With Pro Listings, the agent has full control of the transaction and no success fee is charged by the platform.
Pro Listings use credits. 1 Pro Listing = 300 Credits. Credits renew monthly depending on your subscription plan.
You can purchase additional credits anytime. Top-ups are available at the same credit rate as your current plan.
Yes. Agents can upgrade their subscription at any time to access more credits and publish more Pro Listings.

Yes. Investors can browse deals and contact agents free of charge.
The platform focuses on verified property opportunities, including motivated sellers, priority sales, exclusive listings, and off-plan assignments.
Listings are ranked using a AI Opportunity Score algorithm that evaluates the quality of the deal based on estimated value advantage, price per square foot, seller urgency, and market demand.
AI Opportunity Score is an automated score (0–100) that helps investors quickly evaluate how attractive a property deal is against recent comparable sales. Higher scores indicate stronger investment opportunities.
Each listing includes key investment indicators such as AI Opportunity Score, estimated value advantage, estimated rental ROI, and estimated flip return.
Yes. If the property is a Pro Listing, the agent's contact details are visible and you can contact them directly. For Open Listings, inquiries are handled by the HotDeals platform.
