1. Agreement

By using HotDeals.ae, all parties (Agents, Sellers, Buyers) agree:

• Not to bypass, avoid, or circumvent the Platform
• Not to directly or indirectly contact introduced parties outside the Platform
• Not to structure transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees

2. Validity Period

This clause applies for 24 months from first introduction.

3. Penalty

In case of breach, the breaching party agrees to pay 10% of the total transaction value OR full commission (whichever is higher).

4. Scope

Applies to:

• Direct deals
• Indirect deals
• Related entities
• Family members
• Partner companies

5. Tracking

HotDeals reserves the right to track communication and use evidence (messages, emails, witnesses).

1. Role

Agent agrees to:

• List properties
• Provide accurate data
• Manage seller relationship

2. Listing Rights

Agent confirms they have a direct mandate from the seller and authorization to market the property.

3. Listing Types

• Open Listing: platform introduces buyer
• Pro Listing: agent receives leads directly

4. Commission Structure

Open Listings: HotDeals receives 10% of seller-side commission. Pro Listings: No mandatory split (unless agreed).

5. Lead Handling

Agent must respond within reasonable time and treat leads professionally.

6. Prohibited Actions

• Fake listings
• Duplicate listings
• Unauthorized listings

7. Termination

Platform may suspend agent for violations, fraud, or misconduct.

8. Anti-Circumvention

Agent agrees to the full Anti-Circumvention clause above.

9. Governing Law

UAE law applies.

1. Authorization

Seller appoints HotDeals to:

• Market property
• Introduce buyers
• Facilitate transaction

2. Property Details

Property information must be accurate. Seller confirms ownership or authority.

3. Pricing Strategy

Seller agrees that property may be marketed as a priority sale, a discounted listing, or an investment opportunity.

4. Commission

Seller agrees to pay commission upon sale and to allow sharing between Agent and HotDeals.

5. Exclusivity

Seller may choose non-exclusive or exclusive listing arrangements.

6. Anti-Circumvention

Seller agrees not to bypass the platform.

7. Termination

Agreement is valid until property is sold or cancelled in writing.

1. Confidentiality

Investor agrees not to share listings, pricing, or seller details.

2. Use of Information

Information is for personal investment purposes only.

3. Non-Disclosure

Investor cannot share deals publicly or send deals to third parties.

4. Anti-Circumvention

Investor agrees not to contact seller/agent outside platform and not to bypass fees.

5. Verification

Investor may be required to provide proof of funds and ID.

6. Breach

Violation leads to immediate account termination, financial penalties, and legal action.

7. Validity

Agreement is valid for 24 months.
